Room sizes felt cramped, bathroom space limited!!! Housekeeping inconsistent, with missed replenishments!!! WiFi unreliable, often dropping connection!!! Elevator too small for luggage, causing inconvenience!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, making our stay feel welcoming and personal.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring, just a minute's walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. The staff was super friendly and happy to help us plan our next meals or activities. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice view from our upgraded room. Definitely recommend checking out nearby restaurants too!

One downside was the noise from the subway. it can get a bit loud, especially if you're a light sleeper. Make sure you pack some earplugs just in case.

plaza etoile is such a charming hotel with a fantastic location! it's just steps away from major tourist attractions. our room had a lovely view of the eiffel tower and was cleaned to perfection. the breakfast was delightful, with a great selection that made our mornings special. the reception staff were super friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed.

Just spent 2 nights here and loved it! The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was really good—def would get it again. The only thing was the room size, felt a bit cramped. Still, super clean and tidy, and the location can't be beat—right near the Arc de Triomphe!

Had a fantastic stay with my family! The room was spotless and offered a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. They provided bottled water and coffee supplies daily. Although it was a bit tight for space, everything else was so good that it didn’t really matter. Definitely check out the nearby Thai restaurant for a delicious meal! 😊

Cozy room, convenient location, the breakfast was delightful with fresh options that made mornings enjoyable, and it was just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Everything was impeccable.

The location is truly ideal, within walking distance to major attractions, providing an excellent base for exploration. The shower had impressive water pressure, which was a nice touch in an otherwise modest setup. However, the room felt quite cramped, and noise from the street was a persistent issue, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the mattress was firmer than expected, which might not suit everyone’s preferences.

Location is prime, just a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe with easy access to shopping and dining options close by. The proximity to the Charles de Gaulle underground station simplifies transportation around the city.

Rooms are disappointingly small, even for a superior category, with tight corridors that could frustrate anyone with mobility issues. Wi-Fi constantly drops out, leaving you scrambling to reconnect, and there's noticeable street noise that can disrupt your peace. The mattress feels overly firm, likely leading to discomfort after a day of exploring.
